I have a passion for helping people. I am flexible to meet people where they are at in life and adapt my approach to each client's individual needs. I specialize in working with clients struggling with emotions, especially anxiety, depression and anger. I love giving people tools and strategies to learn how to better cope and manage life's inevitable struggles and stressors. I work on identifying and building on people's strengths in order to build confidence to navigate their challenges. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable environment for people to be open and honest in order to find ways to improve themselves and their lives.
