I work with teens, young adults, adults, and families struggling with overwhelming emotions, difficulty tolerating stress, relationship challenges, and anxiety. Many of my clients deal with self-harm, panic, substance use, trauma, or intense emotional reactivity. I help them gain skills to regulate emotions, reduce conflict, tolerate distress, and move toward goals that matter—whether that’s stability, stronger relationships, a life that feels more manageable, or the first step of figuring out what those goals are.
