We all need others in order to better see and understand ourselves. In our sessions we will work together to create a space built upon trust that fosters growth and insight. Therapy should be dynamic, and sometimes I'll be there to witness and support, other times I'll be more active and inquisitive. Our relationship is the most important part of therapy.
