I enjoy working with couples struggling in relationship. We are created for relationship and it's great when those relationships are functioning at a high level. It's a joy to work with couples that are motivated to make positive change and I find that when this is the case that the sky is the limit. I find that anxiety is a common struggle and I enjoy working with individuals, helping them reclaim the full spectrum of color in their lives that anxiety tends to dampen. While anxiety is common and very uncomfortable, it is also very treatable! With right at 20 years of experience I am still passionate about relationships. I understand that we are often wounded in relationship but healthy relationships offer healing both for the current generation and for those that follow. Finding hope and reconciliation in the midst of difficult relationship or life event makes the helping work very rewarding.
