Anxiety has a way of taking over your thoughts, your body, and sometimes your relationships. If you find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly on edge, or stuck in patterns of worry that won’t let up, you’re not alone and effective help is available. My name is Nathan, and I’m an experienced therapist who works primarily with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, with couples therapy as a secondary focus. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious to be effective. While I take your concerns seriously, I also bring a sense of humor and warmth into the room when appropriate.
