I specialize in high-conflict and often court related family issues. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm/suicidal thoughts and relationship concerns. My approach utilizes various methods such as DBT, EMDR, ACT, CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy while fostering a deep connection to core values.
