As a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, I understand the importance of togetherness, and I would like to work as a team and strengthen your connection with yourself and other relationships. Stress can result from life changes, interpersonal issues, or career demands. I use new and evidence-based approaches to understand my clients' needs, address their mental health issues, and reduce distress. The approaches I prefer to use with my style are CBT, psychoeducation, IFS, feminist theory, psychodynamic, person-centered, behavioral therapy, group, family, and couples.
