I work with people who are doing their best, but still feel stuck. Whether it’s anxiety, relationship conflict, unresolved trauma, or the weight of life transitions, many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. They want to break patterns, feel more secure in themselves and their relationships, and learn how to cope in healthier, more grounded ways. They’re not looking for quick fixes, they’re looking for real change. With 14+ years in education and mental health, I offer a grounded, collaborative approach. I draw from CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients gain insight, build skills, and feel more empowered.
