My clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma in clients across the lifespan. In my practice, I emphasize using humor and compassion to explore strengths and build you up into the person you aspire to be. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment, and motivational interviewing approaches and techniques.
