Anatomically Modern humans have existed on earth for about 200,000 years, while the modern office (and many other stressors in our lives) emerged less than 200 years ago. We really are in uncharted waters. With such a minuscule amount of human history lived under these conditions, it is no surprise that so many of us struggle to make our way. Everyone deserves to have someone in their corner. Everyone deserves to aspire, achieve, dream, thrive, and rest.
