I specialize in working with teens, men, and creative folks who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression and big life transitions. My past clients include famous musicians, photographers, dancers, theater directors, actors, teachers, parents, and students from middle school through college. I help by utilizing a number of approaches including ecotherapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. In our first few sessions, you can expect to identify your goals and be challenged to meet them. I am passionate about this work because I enjoy supporting people to become their best versions of themselves.
