Having worked in community mental health, I have worked with all ages over the years. I have worked with young kids who may struggle to sit and follow instructions, struggle with defiance, or physical aggression. I have worked with teenagers who are trying to learn to be independent, struggling with peer interactions, anger, defiance, or just need a non-judgmental listening ear. I have worked with young adults who are lost about where they go next or are struggling with the new responsibilities of adulthood. I have worked with older adults who are now looking back on life and moving forward with new responsibilities and beyond.
