I support women heal their past wounds, grow in confidence and thrive in their lives and relationships. I assist adolescents development emotional maturity, self-confidence, positive coping strategies and a strong decision-making skills so parents can have a peace of mind. Lastly, I help couples express what they think, feel and want without the confusion, arguments, and shut down. We also host Wellness Retreats for Women focused on mind, body and spirit.
