About

My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe, comfortable environment to build a trusting relationship with my clients. Life can be difficult at times and I meet each client where they are in life without judgment or criticism. My counseling style is genuine and honest. My hope is as we self-explore it can lead to meaningful changes that could improve your daily life. My training and experience is in working with individuals, couples, anxiety, depression, trauma, communication issues, attachment problems, grief and loss and life transitions. I work with teens, adults, couples and families.
