My approach to working with people in therapy is non-binary and rooted in the belief that humans exist most authentically in a “both/and” place. While seemingly opposite, radical acceptance and working to change are equally essential to the process. I offer non-hierarchical authenticity in healing work. I believe in cultural humility as my way of being and honor individuals by building mutual trust, respect, and understanding. I will walk alongside you as you lead your journey of self-discovery and transformation.
