I specialize in working with individuals—particularly men—who feel stuck in their relationships or uncertain about their direction in life. Many of the people I work with are navigating midlife transitions, relationship strain, or a growing sense that the roles and strategies that once worked for them no longer do. Therapy often focuses on increasing clarity, emotional awareness, and intentional decision-making during periods of change.
