About

I am a psychotherapist with a license in creative arts therapy and certifications in EMDR, psychodynamic psychotherapy, family therapy and IFS informed. Many of my clients seek help with past and current relationships, life transitions, parenting, identity issues and traumatic experiences. They come to therapy looking not only for relief, but seeking a deeper understanding of who they are and their place in the world. I believe in the ability of everyone to enjoy a more connected and fulfilling life. In my practice, I help clients reconnect with their sense of aliveness through a warm, playful and intellectually curious approach. My approach is relational, exploratory, collaborative and dynamic. I am informed, among other methods, by my training as a drama therapist, which utilizes improvisational and embodied methods. This can help individuals and couples experience greater freedom, relief from feeling stuck and move towards creating a life that feels more authentically you.
