I can help you with many of those issues! I work collaboratively with clients in order to find solutions to their challenges and I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach to assist clients find meaningful approaches to deal with their unique situations. I use a Family Systems approach to help families be able to enhance their communication, parenting, and interpersonal skills.
