I work with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I will work with you to identify your goals, your strengths, and your positive capacities to make changes. I can also help you work through the effects of traumatic events, complex trauma, PTSD, medical trauma, and fears and phobias, including fear of medical procedures (blood draws and upcoming surgeries). Using EMDR and other modalities, I can help you heal from trauma and feel less hijacked by your emotions. I would like to help you envision and embody your goals for the future! I am Certified in: EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST). I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT. As an EMDRIA approved Consultant, I can provide consultation to clinicians pursuing EMDR Certification.
