I work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, including mothers struggling with the transition into motherhood and feelings of inadequacy. I also support clients healing from trauma and attachment issues that impact relationships. I provide support for clients healing from trauma related to immigration and the stress of pursuing a T-Visa. I provide a safe, culturally responsive space where you can feel seen, find relief from emotional struggles, build confidence in motherhood and relationships, and regain a sense of balance in your life.
