It can be overwhelming to deal with the difficulties in daily life especially when we often discount some of our own struggles. My clients experience many of the same issues you feel: anxiety, depression, breakups, divorce, parenting, lack of motivation, and setting boundaries in important life relationships. Whether this is your first time in therapy or not, you deserve a therapist who is going to validate your feelings but also offer you solutions. I have over a decade of experience as a therapist and yet I still treat every client as a unique individual who deserves a unique approach. For therapy to work, we have to first change the way you think so we can change the choices you make which ultimately changes the way you feel. If we begin working together, you will immediately see that I am always real and authentic. I hope to help you find solutions to your problems but also do so keeping patience and grace with yourself.
