My ideal client often feels overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may struggle with intense emotions, anxiety, past experiences, or uncertainty about who they are and where they’re headed. What they want most is to feel seen, understood, and more in control of their inner world. Their goal is not just to cope, but to feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful about themselves and their future. I work with teens, young adults, adults and parents using a DBT-informed, trauma-focused approach that integrates DNMS. I help clients understand their emotional world, build healthier coping skills, and gently shift patterns that developed for survival but no longer fit. Therapy is paced, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and growth.
