Looking for support navigating life’s challenges? I’m Nechama Willner, LCSW, with a Master’s in Social Work from Touro College. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety, working with young adults and adults across a variety of settings. With a compassionate, down-to-earth, and strength-based approach, I help clients build resilience, overcome obstacles, and thrive in their everyday lives. In therapy, I embrace an eclectic approach, drawing from various methods to customize sessions based on each client's unique requirements. My passion lies in utilizing psychoanalysis to facilitate personal growth & transformation by exploring the unconscious. I find fulfillment in forming close bonds with clients & collaboratively guiding them on a journey.
