About

I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing internal conflict, and together we explore their past and present experiences to bring clarity and healing. I work especially well with people who are ready to engage in deeper inner work and open to utilizing my support in their growth process. I also work with couples to help them address unresolved issues, strengthen communication, and heal relational wounds. In addition, I support immigrants as they navigate the psychological and emotional challenges of adapting to a new culture.
