I am an experienced and empathetic therapist and I believe that individuals have the capacity to understand and change the aspects of their lives that are unsatisfying. It is my belief that, often, many individuals are in need to work through their "unfinished business" these individuals move through life operating on assumptions and expectations that may be out of their conscious awareness.
