I offer a warm, affirming space for teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD and other neurodivergence, trauma, identity exploration, and the messy realities of growing up (at any age). My approach is supportive, culturally responsive, and sprinkled with humor—because sometimes laughing is coping. Bring your whole self; we’ll sort through things together.
