It is not easy to make the decision to start therapy, but I believe that the therapy process can help you understand the reasons for your symptoms and behaviors and help you make the desired changes in your life. In a warm and authentic manner, I will help you examine the ways in which you feel stuck or unfulfilled. We will work collaboratively to identify the obstacles to your happiness and your unique strengths so that you can achieve your goals. I am currently the director of Waybridge Psychotherapy Group, where we offer brief and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I work with a broad spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, intimacy, communication, identity and self-esteem, premarital counseling, life transitions, managing emotions, infertility, self-defeating patterns, culture and family.
