I am a therapist who works with adults and teens. I see therapy as a collaborative place of self-exploration. I use a strengths-based approach and will work with you to uncover patterns that no longer serve you and begin to practice more actualized ways of being yourself and relating to others. Some examples of concerns I work with are difficult transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, spirituality, and boundaries in familial or romantic relationships.
