Hello! Welcome! I'm passionate about working with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) clients coping with life transitions, trauma (individual, historical, intergenerational), cultural identity, mood disorders, and addiction. I work from a liberation-focused, anti-racist perspective. This means that my approach is deeply rooted in understanding the intersections of identity, privilege, and power dynamics. Clients working with me are addressing what's happening day to day while zooming out to get the big picture of how family, culture, and social systems inform your lived experiences.
