Hi there, I’m Nefertari. Welcome to the Center for Resiliency. I currently support individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on adults and transitional-aged youth. My clinical areas of experience include helping clients develop effective coping skills for anxiety and stress, strengthening identity and self-esteem, navigating parental relationships and conflict, and improving relationships and communication. I also work with concerns related to anxiety and stress management, PTSD and trauma, mindfulness and emotional regulation, and depression.
