In working as a therapist since 2008, my capacity to treat individuals includes working with children and adults. With that, I also provide specialty services for women of color as well as those who are seeking spiritually-based treatment. I typically work from a Psychodynamic theory that is relationally-based and solution-focused. The typical person coming to my office is seeking a better understanding of themselves as well as a hope of achieving short-term and long-term goals for self-betterment. I am committed to providing individualized support to each individual presenting to my office.
