About
As a queer, second-generation Indian-American, I felt and internalized the pressure of doing well and excelling while simultaneously struggling with not fitting in and not understanding why. One ADHD burnout and late diagnosis later, it became clear why I often felt like I was fighting my own brain without any support or understanding. I remember how isolating it can feel and strive to help provide support for those with similar struggles. I’m passionate about supporting clients who have experienced circumstances navigating identity, internalized messages, expectations, and the transition into adulthood. View 6 Photos I work primarily with emerging adults, college and graduate students, and individuals in high-achieving or high-stress roles. My clinical focus includes late-diagnosed neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, HSP, Giftedness), perfectionism, anxiety, life transitions, relational stress. I am especially passionate about working with BIPOC and queer folks.
