Maybe you’ve had to grow up fast, care for others before learning to care for yourself, or survive in spaces that didn’t always make room for your voice. Those experiences can leave marks, shaping how you love, trust, and see yourself. I help adolescents, young adults, and women work through trauma, anxiety, and depression, especially when those challenges are rooted in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) or difficult life transitions.
