I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for couples (EFT) and practice EFT for my individual clients also. My EMDR and EMDR M (Modified, Laurel Parnell’s training) attachment trauma therapy trainings experience helps you process stuck patterns either from trauma or "negative cycles" with loved ones or with your inner self. I am also a psychologically informed spiritual guide. I'm also currently offering ten free one-on-one sessions. If you are interested in spiritual awakening (these sessions are not a substitute for psychotherapy); however will help me be a certified teacher of the Diamond Path at the Ridhwan School.
