The ideal client is the client who knows (s)he has a problem, and wants to be totally honest and find a resolution to his/her issues as soon as possible. Clients find that I am very laid back and relaxed. There is no pressure for anyone to do or say anything that will be upsetting. I share personal information about myself during sessions, as long as it is relevant and will help my client. I am comfortable and confident with a wide range of clients, but I particularly enjoy working with depressed/anxious individuals, and couples.
