I believe therapy is a process in which people nurture their strengths and understand the experiences that have shaped their lives. Together we will work holistically, while we explore the thoughts that bring us joy and the triggers that cause us pain and sadness. With 20 years of experience as a therapist and 10 years in education, I have worked with adults and teens, who live with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and psychotic disorders live fuller and happier lives. Sessions with me are a very interactive process that blends cognitive based therapy and mindful practices with natural humor and compassion.
