I’m an LCSW with experience in psychiatric inpatient stabilization and outpatient programs. I work with teens 16+ through adults diagnosed with mood disorders, psychosis, Insomnia, executive functioning challenges and ASD. I am trained in CBT for Insomnia and have my Level I Certification for Tech Addiction and Digital Health through NIDHW. I use a combination of modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing and narrative therapy with clients. I educate clients and families on available community resources in addition to helping them build coping skills. I help clients discover their their personal strengths, qualities and ability to not only heal but thrive in life. My goal is to empower the client to identify tools, behaviors, boundaries, support systems and thought processes that enable them to have purpose, structure and hope in life.
