Hello, and thank you for your interest in my website. I specialize in helping individuals (adults 18 and up) work through a wide range of issues. Some typical issues include depression, anxiety, work, OCD, relationship issues, transitions, trauma, ADD/ADHD, issue from childhood and other life issues. I have been treating these and other types of life problems for over 25 years. The therapeutic modalities I use to help achieve individuals' therapeutic goals and potential include, but are not limited to in-depth psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
