I commend you for engaging in the timely, sometimes daunting, and perhaps exciting process of seeking out therapy, for yourself or for a loved one. A trusting therapeutic relationship is essential. I will work to establish a safe, supportive environment for you to share, process and discuss your innermost thoughts and emotions. I currently work full-time at a public high school as an adjustment counselor. I previously worked as a clinical social worker at a domestic adoption agency and a partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient program.
