Making the decision to seek therapy is the start of your journey in finding the calmness within you. I will guide you towards exploring the challenges that prevent you from moving forward in achieving your personal growth and healing. My role as a therapist is to help you access those parts of yourself that are hurt, lost or confused. I am here to support, and guide you through what feels impossible to do alone. Sessions will include self reflection, and exploration to help you gain better insight into the underlying cause of your symptoms.
