I’m deeply interested in how early relationships, life experiences, and cultural backgrounds shape the way we see the world—and how they influence our choices, coping, leadership, and performance. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked in academic medical centers and hospitals (UCLA, CHLA), using research-based approaches to help individuals (children to older adults), couples, families, and leaders find agency, insight, personal growth, and positive change. My background spans health psychology, systems psychology, executive coaching, functional, rehab & CrossFit training — allowing me to bring a whole-person approach to the work.
