The ideal client is often someone who is high-functioning but facing struggles. They are prepared to make changes in their lives and seek support and guidance to unlock their inner strength. They aren't looking for therapy to vent; they are driven by a desire for real, lasting change and are willing to do homework, reflect, and process difficult emotions. The issues this client presents are usually rooted in relational patterns and core beliefs rather than in acute crises such as negative thought, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship problems, trauma, overfunctioning, or difficulty setting boundaries. You will feel validated and empowered to create meaningful change. I help clients move beyond old patterns by focusing on their inherent strengths and collaboratively developing actionable paths forward. I believe that you are the expert on your life. My role is to serve as a supportive guide, using evidence-based tools to accelerate your growth.
