Accepting evening appointments Monday to Thursday: If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying the pressure to have it all figured out, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, depression, recovery, or major life changes that no one really prepared you for. Or maybe you’ve completed treatment and now you're facing the daily challenges of maintaining sobriety and building a life you actually want to live. That’s where I come in. I work with teens and adults who are ready for something to shift, even if they’re not sure where to start. My style is supportive, honest, and collaborative. You get to lead the way, and I’ll walk alongside you to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, build practical skills, and move toward a stronger, more grounded version of yourself.
