I bring a compassionate, caring approach to my clients through a strengths-based perspective and CBT. I strive to meet my clients where they want to start and create a positive, strong, therapeutic alliance and safe environment. By working together, we will establish strategies and coping skills to aid in identifying root causes of your challenges. I enjoy working with clients of all ages on a variety of issues. In addition, I have extensive training in substance abuse and alcoholism. Each client is a canvas and we will work together to paint your best picture.
