If you are experiencing a difficult transition in your life that triggers a depressed and/or anxious mood, I would like to offer my support to jointly find ways to overcome it. Together we can assess the impact of your thoughts on your personal behavior and identify ways which to strengthen it. I want to support and help you affirm your preferred social identity (whether racial, gender, or sexual) or to explore, if needed, emergent forms of identity. I offer my help to recognize your strengths and existent emotional skills and integrate, widen, and deepen your knowledge of the different parts of yourself.
