I help people facing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use find balance and clarity. My clients come from all backgrounds and they want a supportive space to understand their emotions, build healthier coping skills, and create a life that is balanced. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a person centered approach through teletherapy and in-person in Davie, FL and Sunrise, FL.
