I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. With training in relationship dynamics, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance use disorders, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients. My therapeutic approach uncovers issues rooted in past experiences and attachment patterns, fostering understanding of current challenges. Building meaningful relationships and witnessing client growth is truly rewarding. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy surfing, exploring the outdoors with my cattle dog, Bandit, or soaking in the beauty of Hawai'i.
