I work with individuals and families in New York, providing culturally responsive care for those navigating life's heavier moments, whether coming out of a crisis, facing major transitions, or simply feeling stretched trying to hold it all together. Many of my clients are teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or have had psychiatric hospitalizations. Others are navigating relationship stress, parenting challenges, grief, or career pressures. They are seeking more than symptoms relief, they want clarity, emotional balance, alignment with who they truly are.
