Let me help you develop coping skills for various issues such as relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, pre and postpartum issues, career-related issues, teen issues, and attachment and family issues. While I see clients for a variety of reasons, my area of specialty is relationships. I can help you work to improve your relationship as a couple (Gottman couples counseling level 2 trained therapist, and Prepare Enrich premarital counseling), learn healthy relationship skills as a single person, parenting issues, and manage difficult family dynamics.
