Hello and welcome! I work individuals and couples. Individuals are welcome! And my primary clientele are couples who are wanting to create change in their relationship. Couples who may feel stuck having the same argument, feeling unheard or unseen, drifting apart, or not feeling as connected as they would like. We will work to improve communication, find the balance for intimacy, rebuild and repair trust, and create the relationship you both desire. I also work with individual partners when for whatever reason, the other partner is not able to participate in traditional couples therapy.
